Position Summary

Location: Central San Diego

Titles: Customer Service Rep, medical device industry

Pay Rate: $21 - $24 /hr depending on industry experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, Full Time

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a growing medical device organization. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, processing orders, and serving as a key point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and service requests.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry.
  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service systems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
